PS3 Firmware Update (v3.01) now available

With the release of PS3 Firmware Update v3.00, there were various issues being reported, including the frequent freezing of Uncharted: Drake’s Fortune.

Today, the Official U.S. PlayStation Blog has announced that Firmware v3.01 is now available for download and “is an optional update that improves system stability during use of some PlayStation 3 format software.”
